Don’t Just Talk, Execute

Don’t Just Talk, Execute

Something that has always bothered me is hearing people talk about something they want, but always having a reason or excuse as to why they “can’t” attain it. If you really think about it, the only person/thing that is limiting yourself is you. It really is just you. And it really is that simple, whether you like it or not.ย  Continue reading “Don’t Just Talk, Execute”

All About the Mindset

All About the Mindset

Today I am doing something a little different, where I am simply going to free-write about my current mindset and where it has taken me.

For these past few months, I have been very diligent on training my mindset and building myself as the best individual I can be moving forward into 2018. I will admit, I attribute a lot of my change in mindset to Gary Vaynerchuk and Lauryn Evarts, who I personally believe are male and female versions of each other. Finding My Love for California

Finding My Love for California

For the past few weeks or so, I for some reason started to feel a lack of passion for Southern California. It was to the point that I called my best friend and told him I was considering moving back to the East Coast and he was in shock. And I just couldn’t put my finger on why. Continue reading “Finding My Love for California”

Our Choices

Our Choices

Often times, I always hear the phrase, “Everything happens for a reason.” To be brutally honest, I used to completely trust this statement and had a lot of belief in it. However, recently, I started to believe otherwise. Don’t get me wrong, I still believe in this phrase to an extent. But recently, I came to a realization that this idea is often used as an excuseย as to why some things happen out of our control and perhaps it is easier to think that something happened for a reason, rather than trying to choose our course of action.
